AMBASSADORS OF CHRIST
Living Faith Project exists to support those who bring Help, Hope & Love to Oppressed People
Meet the White Family
The White Family is living in Southeast Asia serving with the Free Burma Rangers to bring help, hope and love to the people of Burma. Since 1948, the country of Burma has been in a civil war. Today, the Burma Army military dictatorship targets homes, schools and churches with ground and air assaults. As a result, over 100,000 people have been killed since 2021. While itwe can help the people affected by the war and share with them the hope found in Jesus.
Travis works as the medical coordinator for Free Burma Rangers, supporting medical trainings, surgical mission teams as well as the remote teaching hospital in Burma known as the Jungle School of Medicine Kawthoolei. He is studying Burmese language. Cassandra leads a women's Bible study and is continuing an early childhood music ministry she started in Texas. She is studying Thai language. Together they homeschool their six children and involve them in their daily work.
Travis and Cassandra are fully committed to their work as ambassadors of Jesus. They do not have a set fundraising goal but rely on God to provide for their needs. Their primary financial support comes from individuals and a donation of any amount is appreciated.
Working with Free Burma Rangers
- Think, Pray, Act: FBR follows a deliberate method of spiritual discernment before entering dangerous areas
- To the Point of Conflict: They go to active conflict zones where most NGOs cannot or will not operate
- Local Empowerment: Training and equipping local teams to provide emergency medical care in their own communities
- Comprehensive Care: From frontline emergency medicine to long-term medical education
Our partnership with FBR allows us to serve as ambassadors of Christ in the world's most challenging places, bringing real help and eternal hope to those who need it most.
